| Ok, so I've finally had time to look through all my old files on this computer and I've stumbled across all the old amv's I was messing around with last year. I was pretty excited and opened one of the better ones- one I was making for the old RP "Darkside". BUT IT WON'T PLAY None of them will. WMM, I hate you. | |

| I'm very sad. And now it's telling me I don't have the codec I need to import any files in so I can work with them?
I don't remember having that in the first place, and now I'm totally stuck : (

| Hmmm.. *strokes NON-IMAGINARY beard*
Could be WMM just being really, really dumb. It has the tendency to do that a lot. I just gave up with it in the end.
Or it could be that - if you cleared out your PC lately or whatnot, it got deleted by mistake?

| Were you playing actual video files or the save file for the project? Because if you were playing the save file, if you don't have all of the original files you were working with (i.e. the video clips, any pictures or music you used) and they aren't in the same folder that they were imported from, the video won't play. Now if you were playing the video (.wmv format) then it should work. | |
