Whilst I agree that to see children dancing like that is morally questionable (at best), I feel inclined to point out that professional dancers do tend to start training from a young age. As far as the dancing itself is considered, those girls are very, very talented- you have to appreciate the amount of time and effort they must've put in to become that skilled. However, the music and dance style, not to mention the outfits, is far from suitable.
However, to produce something that professional at such a young age, well. There must've been some adult choreographers involved, and the fact that they've chosen such young girls to perfom such a piece seems again, morally questionable. As for the parents, at the risk of generalizing. In an industry as competitive at dance, they do have a tendancy to push their children to their limits - with their best intentions at heart, a good career. But at the same, I have to admit I would've enjoyed the performance much more if the girls were substantially older.
