| She's able to hold her own pretty well. She did throw Wolverine through a roof. | |

But I mean, emotionally...

| That's sad. It nearly broke my heart when Chase pushed Molly away when Gert died. | |

| I know! Especially in Civil War...
I personally thought Gert's death was a bit rushed, it was all over in about four frames! What did you think?
(And can I just say how nice it is to be able to talk about Runaways with someone new?)

| In Civil War thise scene of Chase being mean to Molly really got me mad. It's when Victor got seriously injured and Chase was trying to fix him. Molly: That's right! I mean, you can fix him, can't you Chase?! Chase: I don't know Molly! #$%@, give me three seconds here! She was about to cry... Gert's death did happen fast, though it was very emotional. I felt really bad when she didn't get to tell him she loved him before she died. I liked how the writer did the aftermath of her death; Nico has survivor's guilt, Chase temporarily loses it, and Karolina and Molly are so upset. It is nice to talk about Runaways with someone new. | |

| That's the scene I meant! But I didn't want to quote in case I got the words wrong...
I have to say, I thought insane Chase was kind of hot.

| Yeah, he was. But Chase is hot no matter what mental state he's in. I liked in Civil War when Chase got jealous because Molly started hanging out with that Young Avenger, Speedy. | |

| I loved it when -after all the action- Molly and Speedy reappeared with the whole "what did we miss" thing.
Slightly cliche, but hilarious none the less ^,^

| I know.
Though my favorite moment in Civil War is this:
Chase: That's okay, Molly. I'll take care of you. Molly: I know, Chase...you're like my big brother.

Here's a question- who was/is the most annoying Runaway?

I'm in total agreement with you... Though the Yorke's (excluding Gert, for the most part) really grated my cheese!

| Yeah, the Yorkes were annoying and apparently killed their daughter's pet once.
But Alex takes the cake for me.
So which X-Men comics do you like?
Recently, I read Wolverine: Origins and it became my favorite X-Men book (way better than the horrible movie). It also made me start likeing Wolverine again.

| I'm not big on "What If" comic books either.
My favorite X-Men are Rogue, Nightcrawler, Gambit, Emma Frost, Shadowcat, Archangel, and now Wolverine. I like Sabertooth and Mystique too; but I like the Brotherhood itself.
Now Batman...he's probably my favorite super hero in general. I've read The Long Halloween, The Killing Joke, Mad Love, Batman and Son, and Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader?. I didn't like Batmand and Son that much though.
For villians: Joker and Harly Quinn, Catwoman, Talia, Two Face, Scarecrow, and The Riddler.
What did you think of Batman R.I.P.?
And what do you think of Dick Grayson as Batman, Damian Wayne as Robin, and Tim Drake as Red Robin?

| ...I can't believe I forgot Gambit... *head<keyboard*
Yes! Finally another girl who knows Harley Quinn as The Joker's sidekick! *loves you*
Me, personally... I love Poison Ivy. She's delicious.
Tbh, I've haven't read Batman R.I.P. as of yet, and whilst those names ring a bell, I can't think of much to do with them yet... What did you think?
Going back to Runaways, my fabulous boyfriend got me some new comics yesterday! I think they're from the third season...
As usual, I love them, but... The art style is so different! Don't get me wrong, I love it, but it's almost a little animie'fied... Everyone's so beautiful, the colours are quite bold... The eyes. I think it's the eyes that have confused me the most- they could almost pass for manga eyes?
So, as much as I love it... My brain is going "WTF!?"

| Posion Ivy is cool; I like her best when she teams up with Harly Qunn though.
Dick Grayson (first Robin) is good as Batman I guess; he was a good choice to continue though he's not as sure of himself as Batman as Bruce Wayne was. Damian (Bruce and Talia's kid) is kind of bratty so he probably needs Dick's training since he wants to be Batman one day. Tim (3rd Robin) should have moved on from Robin now and become his own hero.
I know what you mean about the Runaways art. I went to the comic book store yesterday, looked at Runaways, and was "WTF". It's disorientating sometimes when an artist leaves and a new one with a completely diffrent style replaces him/her.
I had to check the title to make sure it was Runaways.

| In all honesty, I don't read comic books. (American ones, anyway). Typically I stick to manga. One exception - Last Hope. I guess it's technically a manga, but it was written and illustrated by Americans so therefore I consider it a comic book. It's been on hiatus since forever, though... | |

| When I was younger, and wanted to marry George Clooney, I went through a slight Batman phase (owned all the movies, got nothing but Batman toys for Christmas, dressed up as Batgirl for Halloween - though everyone thought I was Batman because I had to wear my winter coat underneath and therefore had Michelin-man muscles), etc. So I bought five billion Batman comics. I don't think I ever actually read them though - I just liked looking at the pictures. | |

| I really like Calvin and Hobbes. I've been following it for years, and Hobbes is hilarious and Calvin has such a deranged mind for a six-year-old. | |
