Actually, Wal-Mart is notorious for being unethical. There was this one instance of a Wal-Mart about to open, then it suddenly closed when some of the employees wanted to create a local chapter for whatever union. Of course the closure was explained by "not enough funds" or whatever, but everyone knew it was because Wal-Mart didn't want to have a union so it could continue to treat its employees with minimum wage and other stuff like that.
