Competition:: Winter-Themed Three-Sentence Story

Okay guys... new competition time!

Going along with all of the other Winter-themed challenges and competitions, this one will also be centered around that theme. The idea is that it will be similar to the Three-Word Story, except to spice things up, it will be three sentences.

Whoever gets the most posts by the end of January will be dubbed as an "Epic Winter Winner" and will get a special mention in the Promotions Section. Everyone who wins a challenge/competition will end up in here!!

Hehe, Goggles. You've been keeping this place up for a while too.

Now, I wouldn't say that. I'm more 'keeping myself entertained' than 'keeping things interesting.'

So, do we start it here or are we going to make a new thread for the actual comp?

Starting here sounds good... who wants to go first??

'Twas the night before Christmas.
A young girl, by the name of Hikari, hung up her stocking only to find a great big hole in it.
"Tai!" she called.

Tai stuck his head out of the room, only to come face to face with a pair of flaming eyes.
Tai sweatdropped.
"Agumon!" he called.

"What?" Agumon answered as he came out.
Hikari focused her glare at the creature who almost fell over when he saw her.
He glanced at Taichi wearing a worried face, "I didn't eat the cake, I swear!"

"Not the cake, this!"
Hikari shoved the stocking into Agumon's face.
"Um...that would be Gatomon's fault," Agumon replied.

As if on reflex, everyone turned to the sleeping Gatomon on the couch whose ears twitched at the mention of her name.
Hikari walked up toward the couch, her brother and his digimon stepping aside to let her pass while their eyes searched for a suitable hiding place in case she goes berserk again like the other week.
"Gatomon, I can't believe you'd do something like this."

Um...is posting like this allowed, by the way?


"Gomamon... idiot... " Gatomon muttered in her sleep, oblivious to Hikari's reprimand. "Hik... stocking... "
Taichi, Agumon, and Hikari looked at each other with mixed emotions.
Gomamon?

I see what you mean. Guess I'll wait for someone else to post before I come back with my next three-sentence entry.

"Now why would I do that?"
Gomamon's eyebrows shot amused triangles at Jyou who was holding the telephone as he tried to recall the events that took place in the Yagami household during the party a week before; memories hazy because apparently, the fruitcake had too much wine.
"Wait, I saw Gabumon with a pink stocking he was using for an, uh, hornwarmer, I think, when we were joking around."

[You're right, I'll edit the first post]

"Matt's not answering," said Tai, as he hung up.
"That because Gabumon is the culprit, I'm sure he is! Who esle would try something as stupid as a horn warmer?"
Kari took a second to wonder just what could have made her Digimon feel so opposed to Gabumon.

Shrugging, Tai picked up the phone again and said, "Maybe TK knows where he is. I'll give him a call."
After a few rings, it was obvious that TK either wasn't home or wasn't picking up.

"Now what?" asked Tai.
"Now we're going to call Koushiro; he'll track that no-good-stocking-destroying-lizard!" Kari declared, her hands forming fists as a fiery aura of doom blazed to life around her.
Everyone else ran for their lives.

Koushiro walked into his bedroom, and found a scene that would still haunt him when he was old and grey, and unable to feed himself without assisstance.
On the floor lay the unhooked phone reciever, by it was Tentomon, withering and spluttering.
"Kari... phone... angry, then... Gabumon came... and, argh!"

Hey, no fair. All three of you are Canadian:P

Everything was going exactly as planned, an entire year of meticulous planning is coming to its fruition.
Gabumon rounded the corner as he held Koushiro's laptop in his hands, he only needed one last thing.
And there's only one place he can find it.

I don't think Nina's Canadian...

Mimi wiped her hands on her apron as she let out a tired sigh. It was almost finished -- just a few more touches and it would be perfect.
Then Mimi suddenly found herself on the ground, run over by a speeding blue blur.

Sora and Miyako walked out of the store, letting out a sigh of relief that they had managed to find anything left at this hour.
Miyako turned to start walking, when she had to jump to her left to avoid being bulldozed.
"What the hell...?"

(Nina is English/French, but certainly wouldn't mind being Canadian; it seems like an awesome place to live!)

That looked like Gubumon, thought Sora. She shrugged it off though. It couldn't be, and, anyway, they had to hurry back to Mimi's.

When they got to Mimi's, it was clear that something terrible had happened. In the kitchen lay Mimi, covered in flour and icing and not moving. On the counter, they saw what could have been a beautiful chocolate cake, but now had giant claw marks through it as if someone had swiped some on their way through.

"Mimi!" cried Sora, rushing to her friend's side, "Oh, who would do such a thing?"
"S-sora?" croaked Mimi, flour clogging her throat, eyes, and probably also her nostrils and ears.
"I think I might have an idea," said Miyako, closely inspecting a clump of blue fur.

There were few things that could terrify Gabumon, but a ravenous monster was one of them.
A ravenous BLUE FURRED monster.
Gabumon ran for his life.

While running for his life, Gabumon tried to tune out the mad chuckles of the one chasing him, but he just couldn't. The ravenous monster was catching up to him - any second now, he'd be devoured. Just as he thought he'd finally made it to safe ground, Gabumon tripped and blacked out.
