Hmm... I haven't really watched Data Squad... but I've watched Savers. Which means that I don't really know about the english dub. I watched the japanese with english subtitles. It wasn't that bad. I liked it much more than Tamers and Frontier; at a few points I liked it as much as I liked Adventure. What I liked the most about Savers was the feeling that it's for teens too, not just for kids. Sure, at some points Masaru gets annoying and about the first half of the series is filler episodes, but it gets more interesting on the way, as it eventually has a plot. It wasn't a perfect series, but in my opinion it was no blasphemy, especially compared to Frontier. At least they had Digimon partners.

Really? I honestly liked Frontier better than Data Squad, or Savers, for that matter. Well, Savers, I'm not too sure... I only watched a couple subbed episodes, but other than that, it was all Data Squad. It seemed to me that they were getting tired and tried to recycle old ideas and freshen them up (which, I suppose is okay, compared to Pokemon, which shoved new crap down your throat every time you turned around). For me, Frontier seemed to stick with the general Digimon feel, despite the fact that they had no partners.

But hey, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and we're getting off topic, as this is an 01+02 forum. Ehehehe...
