A "Promotion" is just like a big, virtual, pat on the back
You give the Pen Name, Reason for Promotion, your Favourite Stor[y/ies], their Strengths, and The Best Quote In The History Of Time [optional].

There are a few, but only a few, rules.
1. The author in question must be a member of Digi-Challenge.
2. No promoting the same author again and again. And again and again and again.*
3. Likewise, we don't want the same member promoting again and a again and again.
Max postage is one promotion per member a month.

4. Don't promote someone just because they're a good friend. Good reasons to promote include:

*If more than one member wants to promote the same Author, that is fine as long as your promotion is considerably different from previous posts.
