Well, Prism is a good converter for PC; get the free trial. It's funny, when the trial expires just uninstall and reinstall, it can't detect. xD

For Mac, iSquint is good (but it's out of circulation; there are tons of torrents out there for it, ironic, xD). There's also MPEG Streamclip.
