Well, we kinda... pity Havoc. My friend idolizes him, though, because Colonel Bast--- I mean, Colonel Mustang is always stealing his girlfriend.

I remember that episode! He was just kinda in a daze for the rest of it after he got rejected, especially when they "investigated" warehouse 13.

And yes, Roy and Ed are the girl magnets. I'm happy to say that Edward has stolen my heart and eaten it, like Howl Pendragon from the Diana Wynne Jones novel. XD

Nope. The first series was completely different from the manga (with the author's permission and encouragement). The two plotlines split up after Hughe's death, I believe.

For example, the main bad guy in the original is Dante, and the homonculi were failed human transmutations. In the manga/new series, the main bad guy is "Father", who is the original homonculus, and homonculi are more along the lines of demons.

The first couple episodes in the new series are pretty much repeats, though, since the two storylines haven't split yet.

Yeah, the first few episodes were kinda boring since it was the same as the first. I'll have to say, I love the opening song.

I've only seen the first six or seven eps of Brotherhood (the new FMA series) and from what I've seen, its really different. I can't wait till they dub it in English, though!

Personally, as far as the Homunculi go, I preffered them to be imprints of the departed that were supposed to be ressurected. My favorite is Sloth (I didn't like the manga version...)

I LOVE THE OPENING THEME!! BAAAAH! Does anyone know what the title is or who the artist is? I need to try to find that mp3... Its awesome...
