| I don't know about Andre, but random guys hugging each other (yes, my brother is in the list of random guys) isn't exactly something you see every day. I mean, I hug plenty of girls (mostly those who initiate it), but never a guy. Same with my brother. |

| I agree with that. For the record, I have been hugged by a guy before. He was a grade-school classmate who tackle-hugged me when I happened to pass by my old school a few years back. We were really good friends (and he liked Digimon, too). |

| I guess that's how you can tell when you really are friends. I often go into shock mode when hugged, like : "What the hell are you doing?" _________________ I have my own reality, thank you very much. ~ "I was biting down hard on my lip, as I wrote you a poem in orange felt tip."

| I watched a theatrical presentation Wednesday night initially for my Communication Arts class. We were supposed to provide a critique as well as lots of other stuff. Ever the typical student I came with pen and notebook in hand, scribbling notes nonstop about how the lighting was appropriate for the scenes, how the facial expressions of the actors depict hidden meanings contrary to what they are saying etc. It was a good play but I was so engrossed with my notes that I really didn't enjoy it at the beginning, even though I was smack right in front of the middle of the stage. And then there was the vaudeville scene. There was this dancer in a really flamboyant yellow dress with lots of tassels. Twice she came around I swear she was batting her eyelashes at me. The third time she thrust her left foot between my knees and gave it a twirl, jiggling the contents of the bag I kept on my lap and causing the pen to fall from my hand. It was like she was saying "hey, stop taking notes and watch the performance would you?" After that I shoved the notebook back into my bag and watched what, as my seatmate described, was the best performance the group had ever given and I was glad for the wake-up call that performer gave me.

| Andre, that sounds a little like what I had to describe for my Creative Writing in my English exam. Quite the pleasant coincidence! Anyway, my recent Good Time: Last night, I didn't go to sleep (I thought I'd tackled insomnia (which I greatly suffered from a few years back,) but apparently when I stay up after a certain hour I can't actually sleep.) Anyway, I decided to get a glass of milk, then I was hungry, one thing led to another and I ended up just chilling out with a book and staring into the garden a little before 5 a.m. When suddenly, what should I spot in the park beyond the garden, but foxes? A pair of them! It being so early, they had the park to themselves, they were running and rolling around, clearly enjoying themselves. Having a little sniff about for some food, being teased by seagulls. The birds would swoop down -but not too low- and the foxes would jump up, snapping their jaws, but never getting near them. That's how I found my self clambering up onto the shed and down a ladder into the park, I tried to get closer to them in order to take some pictures, but it was pretty hard! They're clever little creatures. Eventually, the world began to wake, early morning joggers invaded what had previously been the foxes' domain. The foxes headed back into the words, leaving no trace of their presence. I went back inside and, after a cup of tea, even managed to fall asleep (sure, it was half six by then, but whatever, I was in a good mood.) _________________ I have my own reality, thank you very much. ~ "I was biting down hard on my lip, as I wrote you a poem in orange felt tip."

| Aww... insomnia is a pain. Instead of watching foxes, I find myself writing. Usually it's House stories, but sometimes I'll write down what I'm thinking or my most happy and joyful memory. More often than not, it's hooping _________________ "Ribbed For Her Koushiro." |

| My insomnia was the reason I read so much at that age. I'd be reading a whole novel in one night! hooping? _________________ I have my own reality, thank you very much. ~ "I was biting down hard on my lip, as I wrote you a poem in orange felt tip."
