When I was a kid, I saw a colony of red ants and thought itd be fun to play with them. I took a stick and stuck it there so all the ants climbed onto the stick, and then onto me.... and then I got bitten. OW.

That seems much more intelligent than standing on the ant hill jumping...

...or my method of LEAVE ALONE. Razz

When I was in grade 8, a guy from my school got this huge gash on his head trying to jump a garbage can on a skateboard. He apparently hit some shards of glass and was in the hospital for a few days. He comes back to school a few days later looking like a mess and he still has the scar to this day. It's fun to poke.

In my gym class, this kid had to be taken to the hospital because he was going to get a basketball out of the rack, and skewered his arm on a piece of metal that was sticking out from the rack. It was so gross, too... It went completely through. urgh.

I know... it was scary to see! I mean, a lot of girls (and guys for that matter) were nearly getting sick because of it.

I'm shuddering just thinking about it, it reminds me when my next door neibor fell and landedon a spade and it cut into his side, unfortunatly I was the only one around to help. pale
I nearly fainted when I saw all the blood.

Once I lost a coin to a water drain with a grilled cover. I needed it to pay the fare to get home and the metal cover looked light enough to lift so I did. I should have borrowed from a friend, instead.

I did manage to get the coin I dropped with my right hand, holding the cover open with my left. As I slowly set the grille down, my fingers slipped. Most of them, at least. The middle finger on my left hand was sandwiched as the cover fell back in place. Immediately, I didn't feel hurt at all. It was only until I looked at my finger, which looked like it had busted open that I felt the pain.

Until now, there's a mark on my finger to remind me of the incident...

That reminds me when I was 8 and I though it would be fun to put my finger in a vender. pale
I didn't feel anything at first either, and then my twin wrapped it in toilet paper and it got a little messy. Neutral

Do you mean blender? I don't think vender's a word, right now it's underlined with red while I'm typing. Strange we didn't feel it immediately, don't you think? Considering nerve density's high at the fingertips.

Edit: You have a twin? Awesome, I've only met two pairs in my lifetime in person so far. Are you guys fraternal or identical?

v and b are right next to each other on all keyboards, it's alright.

Oh, no. I'm terribly sorry I asked.
