Most of us are at that age where we really should know what the hell it is we want to do with our lives, career-wise or otherwise.

And some of us have that calling, or our greatest ambition or whatever, but it's just something you know you're going to end up doing.

I thought we could share our ambitions and short term/long term goals. And stuff like the story of the realisation or how we got there.

I kinda want to do tattoos. A lot. I'm not sure how I reached that conclusion... but hey =3



And I want to be a street performer. But in England, you need £10,000 insurance...

Same here, much to my mothers disgust - but these days, not a lot of things I do don't disgust her...

But anyway, my ambitions.. well I wanna do something with computers... programming/engineering, stuff like that maybe?

As for writing... well I've been told by one of my long-term friends on FF.net that I'm a "fantastic writer".. but I dont think that what I write is long enough. I'm also incredibly bone idle when it comes to typing stuff up.

I definitely plan on writing, I don't think I could live if I didn't. But, to me, that doesn't mean becoming a published author. If I ever attain a high level, then sure! Why not?

What I really want to do though, is become an architect. I only realised it recently, yet it's been something present my whole life.
I've spent quite some time obssessing over the building in London City and New York, particularly. Even just walking down the street, I'm always admiring houses and such. Not to mention all the little towns doodled in notebooks.

I don't think I really need to share my ambitions and/or callings. Anyone who doesn't know has been living in a cave somewhere for the past three months.

I don't think I'll ever write, unless it's a doctoral thesis (which I'm not too sure of either...). Fiction is a big no-no for me, purely because I'm too lazy.

Matt's gonna be a composer and we can all bow to his musical greatness, ain't that right?

I know I want to do something with writing... back in grade two, I decided that all I wanted to be when I grew up was a mom, so that I could stay home all day and do whatever I wanted, but then the next year, something happened.

You see, we each had to write a short story and mine ended up being like, seven pages long. Which doesn't seem all that long now, but back then it was. I forget what the story was about (a turtle?) but my teacher would always choose someone's work - if it was good - and display it for the class.

She chose mine, and she told me that I had no spelling/grammar mistakes whatsoever (on the first page at least).

And that was when I decided that I wanted to write.

I have a similar story! I wanted to be a writer soo bad when I was a kid and my essays were plastered all over the school noticeboards. But now, I don't think I'm enough of a writer...

And this sounds a little cheesy, but ust recently I was volunteering at a Down's Syndrome Association. And while working there and talking with the people... I think I may have found my calling.

So I'm majoring in Psychology now, and I want to work in a related field. I also want to dabble in something baking-related.
